From first thing in the morning when I don’t have to search for glasses, or put in contact lens, till last thing at night when I’m not having to cope with sore tired eyes, I really appreciate my laser surgery, and I wish I’d had it done sooner.
It’s been amazingly good to be freed from the hassle of not being able to see in normal day-to-day life.
It’s the small things, like my glasses not steaming up when I go into a warm shop which remind me on a daily basis that I had the surgery, and I’m so glad.
I take part in international level orienteering on horseback, and ride my own horse almost daily, and having clear eyesight for that has helped enormously too.
So worth having done, I’m glad I took advantage of the interest free credit to have it done sooner rather than later.
